| California Special Elections
|
- For change to work ... some might be difficult/unorthodox changes
- continuing to do things the way it was, bi-partisian method will never work ..
- all donations to political parties should be eliminated
- all "lifetime employment" and "pensions" should be eliminated, 2 yr for tenure is ridiculous, no other industry have tenure ( except professors )
- news media should NOT make projections and predictions of who is ahead .. nobody has a crystal ball
- all political ads should be eliminated and if an announcement is made, both sides should be pointed out in their interpretation siting the ORIGINAL text, not commentaries
- all political announcements should be paid by taxes .. showing benefits of both sides
- all the $$$ paid for those political tv/radio/media ads should be paid to the homeless
- drugs should be paid by invididuals .. NOT insurance
- all "insurance" should be eliminated
- all "unions" and "political parties" should be eliminated
- gov't and other people should stay OUT of a any person's individual decision about abortion

- Gov't should stay OUT of people's personal life/belief system ( abortion, t-cell )
- city, state, Fed gov't legislators volunteer for free ... NOT for salary
- Eliminate electorial vote
- If xx gets 40% of the votes, they get 40% of the "benefits"
- the 2nd place winner gets the 2nd place "benefits" ( position of their choice )
- the 3rd place winner gets the 3rd place "benefits" ( position of their choice )
- All voting to be done by machines and you get a receipt to later use the benefits you voted for
- if you voted against a measure/proposition, you do NOT get the "benefits" when you need it
- if any group gather "enough" signatures, their point of view can be voted upon by the general public
- Voting info sent in DES encrypted packets to "voting verification and counter"

- Eliminate all ads ... we're NOT paying to see ads on tv
Ads in free publications is fine, since we didn't pay for the publications
- Eliminate all political ads
- for paid political ads, say where the $$$ came from and who paid for it
- no comingling of $100.oo from 100 people to pay for politcal ads
- if the radio/tv mentions one party, they should spend equal time on the other parties
- Eliminate all "endorsement" of political ads
- Eliminate xx party is ahead by yy 0n the polls
- No forecasting of who will be the winner or current status until "ALL votes is officially counted"
- If the media names one party, they should similarly devote equal time to ALL other competing parties
- if any group gather enough signatures, their point of view can be voted upon by the general public

- Get rid of the IRS
- Get rid of accountants, tax lawyers,
- Get rid of "deductions" and special case
- Flat 10% tax on all $$$ deposited at the bank
- everybody will deposit $$$ into the bank sooner or later
- NOTHING you can do about underground economy ( drugs/sex ), it existed for 3000 years

- NO tax credits for having offices in other countries
- NO tax credits for hiring foreigners
- Eliminate H1B and other work visa
- Eliminate Unions that represent "workers"
- If you go on strike, you lose your job, they can hire your replacement

| Finances
|
- Run the gov't ( fed, state, county, city ) like a business
- no $$$ means no toys ( services ) to give away to others
- get rid of the world's (unregulated) largest casino ... ( stock market, commodities market, )
- everyday people loosing real $$$ due to inflated shares and fake financials
- fraudalent stocks/financials should be paid back at 10x of the lossed
- Banks do NOT get to play with our deposits on the stock market by putting holds on our deposits
- Eliminate sillyness like $25 bounce check fees .. check just does not clear is sufficient

|
- If you file and lose a lawsuit, you pay for all costs, including court fees and court time plus 10x punitive damages
- All internal reviews to be eliminated
- any reviews to be done by 7 or 11 outsiders that never worked together before

| Labor Laws
|
- Get rid of all the unions
- CEO compensation should NOT exceed their responsiblities
- if the company loses $100M, the ceo and all officers and managers held accountable for the losses
- executives, officers and managers made those bad decisions
- everbody in the company shares in the "profits"

| Health Care
|
- use minimal cost "public healthcare facility"
- pay as much as you like "private healthcare facility"
- Drug companies to provide all data for "risk" review
- eliminate lawsuits

| Transportation System
|
- eliminate $$$ losing trains, trollys
- get rid of commuter lanes, especially those double ramps just for commuter lanes
- eliminate toll gates, and install license plate readers to collect monthly toll fees
- fix the damn pot holes
- get rid of incompetent highway contractors that cannot paint a straight line ( I5 )
- Install traffic camera's and are to be enforced and non-negotiable
- All current and new ticket fines should be payable in cash only .. no community service, no discreneary reduction by the judge
- if you enter a yellow light and its red when you exit, you get a $2,000 redlight ticket
- if you enter a red light, yoou get a $10,000 ticket
- if you have to speed up to get the green light, you get a $25,000 ticket
- if you're talking on your cell phone, or anything else other than driving, you get a $2,000 ticket
- If drivers pass you on your right, you get a $500 ticket for impeding traffic
- If there's more cars behind you than in front of you, you get a $500 ticket for impeding traffic
- If you cannot see the bottoms of the tires of the car in front of you, you get a $100 ticket for being too close
- If you attempt change lane, and the car has to hit the brakes to let you in, you get a $5,000 ticket for unsafe lane change
- If you speed up to cut off the lane changer, you get a $5,000 rudeness ticket
- if you speed up to get in frontof a truck, you get a $25,000 ticket for stupidity

|
- eliminate welfare, eliminate social security
- people work for their $$$ and benefits
- no benefits for illegal immigrants

| Education System
|
- Get rid of all the unions
- Get rid of all the bureacrats in school
- teachers should get paid .. NOT the bureaucrats
- kids should get the books, computers, and resources needed for class
- using standardized tests, if people fail .. they fail ... not continue onward
- Incoming foreigners should pay tuitions as if they were paying taxes for 5 or 20 years
- if they come here as a family for jobs, and get in at 6th grade, they owe 11 years of taxes
- if they come as for college, they owe 18 years of taxes

- It is wrong to be the world's bully ( aka world's police )
- do it this way ( democracy ) or else i'll bring my buddies in ( britian, aussies, etc ) to beat you up (boycott)
- if someone wants to fight a war, send them ...

| Criminal System
|
- an eye-for-en-eye, tooth-for-tooth, finger-for-finger, ..
- "life sentence" means life sentence..
- 5 years means 5 years, ...
- All county, state, fed jails to be identical .. no "country club"
